Cheryl launched reCalibrate because she believes it is her purpose to help other organizations reach the top of their game. She gets very frustrated when she sees the unmet potential in companies and their people, and delights in helping leaders and organizations move to the next level. And likewise, she gets really jazzed when the people and organizations she works with, make great strides quickly…
She is a successful serial entrepreneur and is honored to have served as President for a highly successful hospital for close to 5 years. The results the hospital achieved and maintained under her leadership speak for themselves. All the metrics that capture the health and sustainability of the business were consistently achieved at the highest possible levels: employee engagement (99th percentile nationally year over year), patient satisfaction (again 99th percentile nationally year over year), quality outcomes (consistently among the best in the nation), and achieving net income and operating margins (rising in spite of operating in a tightly regulated industry undergoing tumultuous change) that are almost unheard of in her industry. YOY Bottom Line Growth led to a bottom line increase of 59% and Operating Margins far outpacing similar organizations (up to 87% higher) from the point that Cheryl began serving as President to her stepping down from her role. As a matter of fact, during a senior leadership meeting with almost 600 leaders in attendance, the COO of the healthcare system asked everyone present to give her hospital a standing ovation for their results that year…And the first thing they did was fire off an e-mail to their staff congratulating them on being recognized for all their fantastic work…
